Mi lasciano perplesse le condizioni di disdetta dell&amp;#39;hotel in quanto non mi chiedono oggi il bonifico di tutto il soggiorno ma hanno inserito nel loro sito internet delle clausole secondo me alquanto penalizzanti per il cliente. Se la mia disdetta viene data da 21 gg prima alla data di arrivo sono tenuta a pagare il 70% dell&amp;#39;intera quota dovuta comprese le prestazioni accessorie (quindi anche la mezza pensione non goduta!). Dunque essendo stato violato il suo diritto di prelazione, Sempronio può esercitare, entro 1 anno dalla trascrizione presso l&amp;#39;Ufficio del Registro del contratto, il diritto di riscatto nei confronti dell&amp;#39; acquirente Caio. Quali sono gli strumenti a disposizione del soggetto B?
